• Providing the Toquio Service: We use the information you provide to offer a personalized experience. This includes tailored meal plans and reminders sent through the App or via email.

3. Data Retention and Deletion
We will retain your personal data as long as you maintain an account with Toquio. We will also retain your personal data as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If we no longer need to retain your data for these purposes, we will delete it from our systems.

You may delete your Toquio account directly from the app settings or by contacting us at developper@toquio.fr. Upon a deletion request, we will permanently and irreversibly delete your personal data from our systems.

Toquio is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a child has provided information without parental consent, we will delete that information.
